The FileFlo Aviation Compliance Department
2026 pricing, through December 31, 2026
The FileFlo Aviation Compliance Department works from the same pilot records, the same clocks and the same Wyvern-tagged export as every FileFlo plan. Start by December 31, 2026 and your first month is free, then $2,500 a month.
- Part 135 aviation, up to 10 aircraft: First month free if you start by Dec 31, then $2,500 a month.
Onboarding follows a defined process. At 90 days we review results with you.
Applied automatically at checkout on the monthly plan. Your price lock and first month back guarantee are unchanged; where the first month is free, there is nothing to refund: if FileFlo does not deliver in month 1, cancel before month 2 and you never pay. 2026 pricing ends December 31, 2026.
New aviation departments start on the first Monday of the month and start dates are limited, so each one is built to the same procedure: about 37 hours of onboarding work for a Part 135 operator. Starts are on the first Monday of each month.
Prefer to run it yourself? Start with the Pilot Records Setup: $1,500 today, then $150 per aircraft a month after 30 days unless you cancel.
May 28, 2027 Part 135 operators must comply with the Part 5 safety management system rule. FileFlo keeps the SMS records and the crew records the declaration rests on.
Who does the work
It is run by the FileFlo compliance team.
Write to support@getfileflo.com and the team answers in writing. Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm Arizona time, written replies. Monitored on weekends.
Every aviation department runs on one schedule. The FileFlo compliance team files pilot records as they arrive, plans recurrent training and medicals, prepares what your signers sign, and sends your monthly report. Your Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, Safety Manager and PRD user stay the signers and submitters.
How it starts
- 1.The day you pay, FileFlo opens your account for your company and emails your sign-in link.
- 2.You send your manual, your OpSpecs and the current records you hold, as they are, and name your pilots and your signers.
- 3.FileFlo files each pilot's records and computes currency under 135.293, 135.297 and 135.299 from them.
- 4.Every check, recurrent training event and medical due in the next 90 days goes on the plan, and the requests go out.
- 5.The ARGUS and Wyvern upkeep list starts, and stays current every month after.

What the department does
Your pilot records work, done.

- 2Files training-center records as they arrive
- 3Plans recurrent training and medicals, and chases each one before it is due

What we do each week
The work runs on a schedule.
- Monday
- Every check, recurrent training event and medical due in the next 90 days is checked against the plan, and the requests go out.
- Every day
- Training-center records are filed to the right pilot as they arrive, and each pilot's records stay current.
- Through the month
- Recurrent training and medicals are planned ahead, and each one is chased until the record is in.
- When a PRD entry is due
- FileFlo prepares the Pilot Records Database report for your PRD user to submit.
- Month end
- The ARGUS and Wyvern upkeep list is brought current, and the owner's monthly report goes out.
What you do
Three things. The rest is FileFlo's job.
- 1.Send your manual, your OpSpecs and the current records you hold.
- 2.Name your pilots and your signers: Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, Safety Manager and PRD user.
- 3.Send us your audit reports and rating letters as they are.
The term and the promise
In writing, before you pay.
3 months to set up and run your department, billed monthly, with a 3-month minimum: $2,500 a month, with the first month free for a department started by Dec 31.
First month free: if FileFlo does not deliver in month 1, email sales@getfileflo.com before month 2 to cancel, and you never pay.
The terms, in full
The FileFlo Aviation Compliance Department has a 3-month minimum term. The monthly plan is billed monthly, starting the day you start: $2,500 a month, or $3,000 a month for plans started on or after January 1, 2027. You may cancel at any time; a cancellation made in the first 3 months takes effect at the end of month 3, so months 2 and 3 are still billed, and after that the service runs to the end of the month paid for. First month back: if you are not happy with the department, email sales@getfileflo.com before your second month begins and FileFlo refunds your first monthly charge within 14 days of your email, and the plan stops, so months 2 and 3 are never billed. Apart from that refund, monthly charges are not refunded for cancellation. The annual plan ($25,000, or $30,000 for plans started on or after January 1, 2027) is billed for 12 months at checkout, and cancelling it stops the renewal; on it, the first month back refunds the whole annual charge (the first month and the 11 months not yet used) and the plan ends. The Audit-Ready Pilot Records Setup is included. FileFlo prepares records, reports and filings; your Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, Safety Manager and Pilot Records Database user remain the responsible signers and submitters, and FileFlo does not guarantee an audit, rating or inspection outcome.
Frequently asked
Questions about the department
Is there a minimum term?
3 months to set up and run your department, billed monthly, with a 3-month minimum: $2,500 a month, with the first month free for a department started by Dec 31.
Can I cancel?
Yes. A cancellation in the first 3 months takes effect at the end of month 3; after that the department is month to month. Cancel from your billing settings.
How long does the 2026 price last?
Start by Dec 31 and keep today's price for as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back after December 31, you pay the price of the day.
What is 2026 pricing for the Compliance Department?
For Part 135 aviation, a start by December 31, 2026 on the monthly plan gets the first month free, applied automatically at checkout, then $2,500 a month from month 2.
Does 2026 pricing change the price lock or the guarantee?
No. Start by December 31, 2026 and you keep today's list price for as long as your plan stays active, and the first month back guarantee is the same. The 2026 discount comes on top of both. Where the first month is free (aviation, and written quotes at 26 to 100 trucks), there is nothing to refund: if FileFlo does not deliver in month 1, cancel before month 2 and you never pay.
Does 2026 pricing apply to the annual plan?
No. The annual plan is already the lowest first-year cost: $25,000 a year for aviation.
What happens at 90 days?
We review results with you: what was built and filed, what was fixed, and what is due next.
Is there an annual price?
$25,000 a year, paid once: two months free against $30,000 at the monthly price.
What if we fly more than 10 aircraft?
11 or more aircraft are by written quote. Ask through the request form and FileFlo answers in writing.
Is the Pilot Records Setup included?
Yes. The Audit-Ready Pilot Records Setup is included, with no separate $1,500. First month free: if FileFlo does not deliver in month 1, email sales@getfileflo.com before month 2 to cancel, and you never pay.
We already bought the Pilot Records Setup. Does it count?
Start the department within 30 days of your Setup report and your Setup fee counts toward your first department month.
Who signs and submits?
FileFlo prepares. Your Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, Safety Manager and PRD user stay the responsible signers and submitters. FileFlo does not log in to the Pilot Records Database and does not file with the FAA.
Who does the work?
The FileFlo compliance team. The team files the records, plans the training and chases what is due, and every record, date and request is tracked with its rule.
What happens after I pay?
We set up your company and send a sign-in link to the address you used at checkout. Your Pilot Records Setup starts, and so does your department.
11 or more aircraft: ask for a written quote. Questions: sales@getfileflo.com
