Trucking: the Audit-Ready Setup is $499 one time and includes your first 30 days of the subscription. After that, Core is $199/month for up to 15 trucks and Fleet is $399/month for 16 to 50 trucks. Annual billing is optional and works out to 2 months free ($1,990/year for Core, $3,990/year for Fleet). 51 or more trucks is a custom conversation. Aviation: the Proof Program is $500/month for 90 days, covering one aircraft and up to five named pilots, and every dollar credits toward fleet enrollment. Fleet enrollment runs from $150 per aircraft per month, billed annually, for 2 to 15 aircraft. 16 or more aircraft or 100 or more pilots is a direct conversation with the founder.

We build your compliance file before you ever log in. Your account is created from your DOT number with your trucks, drivers, and inspection history already in it. We open an intake (web upload, a personal email-in address, and text invites to your drivers), classify and file everything received, assemble a driver qualification file per driver, build your vehicle files, and deliver a gap list against the audit requirements with automatic-failure items first, plus your audit packet as a PDF and a verifiable link. It includes your first 30 days of the subscription and a direct line to the founder through your audit date.

FileFlo is your records and audit-readiness layer, not a full-service compliance agency. The setup does not include drug and alcohol consortium enrollment (legally required; we provide a referral), MVR or PSP procurement, MCS-150, UCR, or BOC-3 filings, or representation before the FMCSA auditor. We tell you exactly which of these you still need and hand you a referral sheet for each.

Trucking: if your files are not organized and audit-retrievable within 14 days, the $499 is refunded. The clock starts when we receive your first document. Organized and audit-retrievable means every document you provided is classified, filed to the right driver, vehicle, or company location, and retrievable through the audit packet and inspector portal, with your gap list delivered. Aviation: every tracked currency item is live within 30 days or the month is refunded. To be clear about scope: the guarantee covers the organization and retrievability of your records. No one can guarantee the outcome of an audit, and we do not.

Monthly plans are month to month. Cancel anytime, no termination fees, and you keep access through the end of your billing period with full data export. For annual plans, we email you 30 days before any renewal. Nothing silently renews.

Trucking: yes, a 14-day free trial of the subscription with no credit card required. The Audit-Ready Setup has no trial; the 14-day guarantee is the risk reversal. Aviation: no free trial. The Proof Program is paid from day one, and every dollar credits toward fleet enrollment, so it functions as a deposit on the fleet decision rather than a sunk cost.

No. Keep CAMP. Keep your SMS program. FileFlo is the crew and records layer beside them: training currency, checks, and medicals computed and cited, plus the records packet an inspector asks for. On the trucking side the same applies to your ELD and your consortium; FileFlo files and tracks the records, it does not replace those services.

All major credit and debit cards and ACH bank transfers, processed through Stripe. Aviation fleet enrollment is billed by annual invoice on net-30 terms. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

If your synced FMCSA record shows you over the bound, you get a banner and an email, never a lock on your records. Aviation fleet pricing is per aircraft on the certificate, trued up at renewal. Tier changes never interrupt access to your records.
