   Email the badge photo and your certificate number.

   Send a photo of your NBAA-BACE 2026 badge and your Part 135 certificate number to sales@getfileflo.com, with BACE in the subject. Add your company name, the number of aircraft on the certificate, and your name and role.

   Get your private link within one business day.

   FileFlo checks your certificate number against the FAA's public list of Part 135 certificate holders and checks the badge, then replies with a private checkout link that takes the Setup to $0.

3. 3

   Send your crew records. Get the report in 7 days.

   Forward or upload what you have, as it is: pilot certificates, medicals, check records (the FAA's check template or older 8410-3 forms) and training records. FileFlo emails your Crew Records Audit Report within 7 days of your uploads. The 7 days start once FileFlo has one pilot's name and one record it can read.

What comes back: the Crew Records Audit Report.

• Each pilot's checks, training and medicals, measured against the rule: 14 CFR 135.293, 135.297 and 135.299, and the medical rules in Parts 61 and 67.
• Every missing record, named with the rule that requires it.
• Anything the records do not establish, said plainly.
• An inspector link you can send when the POI asks for a pilot's training records.
• An export that tags each line with the Wyvern Wingman Standard section it supports.

During the 30 days

Plan a trip and FileFlo returns cleared or blocked for each crew member and the aircraft, each block reason cited to the rule with the missing record named. FileFlo reports readiness; your Director of Operations makes the decision. An item opens 45 days before a check, medical or annual comes due. Keep your spreadsheet and your scheduler; FileFlo works beside them.
