Introducing the FileFlo Compliance Department
Introductory launch pricing through December 31, 2026
The Compliance Department is a new managed service on the FileFlo platform, the same platform that already runs driver files, renewals, audit packets, filings and ELD connections. Start by December 31, 2026 and your first 3 months are 40% off.
- Up to 15 trucks: $900 a month for months 1 to 3, then $1,500 a month.
- 16 to 25 trucks: $1,440 a month for months 1 to 3, then $2,400 a month.
Onboarding follows a defined process, run by a dedicated compliance team with one named point of contact assigned to your account. At 90 days we review results with you.
Applied automatically at checkout on the monthly plan. Your price lock and first month back guarantee are unchanged. Launch pricing ends December 31, 2026.
FileFlo starts at most 2 new compliance departments a week, so each one is built properly. Onboarding takes about 10 hours of the team's time. Starts are on Mondays.
Who does the work
It is run by a dedicated FileFlo compliance team, with one named point of contact assigned to your account.
Write to sales@getfileflo.com or call (844) 543-5064, and FileFlo answers in writing. Your point of contact's name comes in your welcome email.
Every compliance department has one owner on FileFlo's compliance team: your FileFlo compliance lead. Your lead works your files on the department's weekly schedule, answers the auditor's document requests from your audit packet, and sends your monthly report. You write to one place and get answers in writing.
How it starts
- 1.The day you pay, FileFlo opens your account from your USDOT number and emails your sign-in link.
- 2.Your compliance lead reads your FMCSA record, inspections and filings, and sends the list of what to send, built from your own record.
- 3.You send what you have, as it is: phone photos, scans or a ZIP. Each driver can send from their own phone link.
- 4.Each record is filed to its driver and the rule it satisfies. The gap report names what is still missing and who owes it.
- 5.The weekly schedule starts: every record that expires in the next 60 days is requested with an upload link.

Other ways to buy parts of the work: done-for-you driver file services at $49 per driver a month ($490 a month at 10 drivers), consultants at $3,000 to $10,000 a year, and managed safety programs from $199 a month. FileFlo's department is one price for the fleet, never per driver, and its team does the work itself: the files, the renewals and the auditor's requests. What the department does
Your compliance work, done.
- 1Builds and maintains every driver qualification file
- 2Collects documents from your drivers and your office, and chases renewals and missing records with upload links
- 3Tracks medical cards, CDLs, MVRs, Clearinghouse queries, drug and alcohol testing and FMCSA filings, and gets each one done before it is due
- 4Keeps your audit packet ready
- 5Answers the auditor's document requests
- 6Sends the owner a monthly compliance report
- 7Reviews hours-of-service logs once your ELD is connected
What we do each week
The work runs on a schedule.
- Monday
- Every record that expires in the next 60 days is checked, and the requests for it go out with upload links.
- Every day
- New documents are filed to the right driver the day they arrive, and each driver's file stays complete.
- Through the week
- Clearinghouse queries, MVRs, medical cards and drug and alcohol testing are worked ahead of their due dates, and missing records are chased until they arrive.
- When an auditor writes
- FileFlo answers the document request from your audit packet, which is kept ready.
- Month end
- The owner's monthly compliance report.
What you do
Three things. The rest is FileFlo's job.
- 1.Send driver names and the records they have.
- 2.Switch on driver reminders once, one click, so FileFlo may write to your drivers.
- 3.Authorize government filings. Filing fees are billed at cost.
The guarantee
In writing, on the work FileFlo does.
If an auditor finds a required record missing from a driver file FileFlo shows complete, FileFlo refunds your last 12 months.
First month back: if you are not happy after your first month, FileFlo refunds that month.
The terms, in full
If an FMCSA auditor or investigator, during a safety audit, compliance review or investigation, finds a record required in a driver qualification file (49 CFR 391.51) missing for a requirement FileFlo showed as complete for that driver on the day of the audit, FileFlo refunds the FileFlo Compliance Department fees you paid for the 12 months before the audit. FileFlo shows a requirement complete only when a record that satisfies it is on file in FileFlo. A requirement FileFlo showed as missing, due or not established does not qualify. To claim, send the auditor's written finding to sales@getfileflo.com within 60 days of the audit; FileFlo refunds within 14 days of confirming it. First month back: if you are not happy with the FileFlo Compliance Department, email sales@getfileflo.com before your second month begins and FileFlo refunds your first month within 14 days of your email. On the monthly plan that is your first monthly charge, and the plan is cancelled so the second month is never billed. On the annual plan FileFlo refunds the whole annual charge (the first month and the 11 months not yet used) and the plan ends. The Audit-Ready Setup is included.
Frequently asked
Questions about the department
I already have a guy for this. Why FileFlo?
Keep him. FileFlo is the file he works from: every driver's file built to the rule, every date in front of both of you, and the audit packet on demand. The packet he hands an auditor is the same one you can pull yourself.
Can we talk it through before I buy?
FileFlo sells in writing, so every answer is in one place you can read again. Ask about the offer at sales@getfileflo.com and a person at FileFlo answers you in writing. The free finding sheet shows what FileFlo reads from your own record before you pay anything.
Who is FileFlo?
A private software company, not a government agency. FileFlo never asks for your FMCSA PIN, never files in your name without your approval, and never sends your drivers anything until you switch it on. See the work before you buy: a sample audit packet, and how FileFlo handles your data, are linked beside every price.
Can I cancel?
Monthly is month to month. Cancel from your billing settings.
How long does the launch price last?
Start by Dec 31 and keep today's price for as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back after December 31, you pay the price of the day.
What is introductory launch pricing for the Compliance Department?
Every new Compliance Department customer who starts by December 31, 2026 gets 40% off the first 3 months on the monthly plan: $900 a month instead of $1,500 for up to 15 trucks, and $1,440 instead of $2,400 for 16 to 25 trucks. It is applied automatically at checkout. From month 4 the regular monthly price applies.
Does launch pricing change the price lock or the guarantee?
No. Start by December 31, 2026 and you keep today's list price for as long as your plan stays active, and the first month back guarantee is the same. The launch discount comes on top of both.
Does launch pricing apply to the annual plan?
No. The annual plan is already the lowest first-year cost: $15,000 a year for up to 15 trucks, and $24,000 for 16 to 25.
What happens at 90 days?
We review results with you: what was built and filed, what was fixed, and what is due next. Your named point of contact runs the review.
Is there an annual price?
$15,000 a year, paid once: two months free against $18,000 at the monthly price.
What if I run more than 15 trucks?
16 to 25 trucks: $2,400 a month for 16 to 25 trucks, or $24,000 a year on annual, with the same work, the same guarantees and the Setup included. Pick 16 to 25 trucks on the order form. 26 trucks or more are by written quote: ask through the request form and FileFlo answers in writing.
Is the Audit-Ready Setup included?
Yes. The Audit-Ready Setup is included in the FileFlo Compliance Department, with no separate $499. First month back: if you are not happy after your first month, FileFlo refunds that month.
Who does the work?
FileFlo's compliance team, with FileFlo's software. The team works the files, the requests and the renewals; the software keeps every record, date and request tracked.
What happens after I pay?
FileFlo creates your account from your USDOT number and emails a sign-in link to the address you used at checkout. The Setup starts, and your compliance department starts work.
26 trucks or more: ask for a written quote. Questions: sales@getfileflo.com
