Trucking · $499 once
The Audit-Ready Setup.
Setup builds your starting point from your USDOT number and the records you send: a gap report that names what is missing and who owes it, each driver's file checked against the rule, and an audit packet organized to the regulations. It includes your first 30 days of Core. After that, Core or Fleet if you continue.
You approve what goes out. Nothing reaches your drivers until you switch it on.
Your 14 calendar days start once we have your USDOT number, the name of at least one driver and one usable record, and they never pause. If your files are not organized and audit-retrievable by the end of them, the $499 comes back.
The button opens a short request form, and a person at FileFlo answers in writing with the terms.
What you get
- 01
The gap report: each missing record, its section and who owes it, with the new-entrant automatic-failure items first and the areas that do not apply marked with the reason.
- 02
Each driver's file in 391.51 order, every requirement cited, dated where the rule dates it, marked on file or not, with an upload door.
- 03
A review item naming the failed rule and the fix for anything held, and a held record never credited.
- 04
The sealed CFR-indexed packet with its three faces, drug and alcohol records as a count, a 30-day inspector link, a public fingerprint check and the append-only act ledger.
- 05
Maintenance records, DVIRs and roadside inspection reports filed against each truck.
- 06
Your first 30 days of Core: the hourly list of everything due within 45 days, warnings in the app, and the packet on demand.
What FileFlo needs from you
Your USDOT number, the name of at least one driver and one usable record. The 14 days start when FileFlo has all three.
Then the records you hold, in any of these forms: phone photos, scans, a ZIP, or each driver's own phone link; your cloud folder imported with a click; email to your company's inbox address for your office to review; drivers entered by name or through their links.
And the facts only you know: rented trucks, ELD use, hazmat. They decide which areas apply to you.

How it works with your providers
Your C/TPA, your MVR provider, the Clearinghouse and your filings stay with you and your providers, along with representation at the audit. FileFlo tracks each one and files the result you send. Bring your consultant.
After the first 30 days
Core keeps the files current: $199 a month for 1 to 15 trucks, or Fleet at $399 a month for 16 to 50, if you continue. The day-30 link opens a short request form, and a person at FileFlo answers in writing.

Frequently asked
Setup questions
When do my 14 days start?
Your 14 calendar days start once we have your USDOT number, the name of at least one driver and one usable record, and they never pause. If your files are not organized and audit-retrievable by the end of them, the $499 comes back. The clock starts once FileFlo has your USDOT number, one driver's name and one usable record.
What if I cannot find a record?
The gap report names it, the rule that requires it and who owes it, and the driver's file shows it as not on file with an upload door beside it. A missing record stays missing in the packet; nothing is marked on file without the evidence.
Does FileFlo contact my drivers during the Setup?
Only when you say so. You switch each routine on and choose who hears, how and when, or choose to review every message first. The hourly list shows what is due and who owes it.
What about UCR, 2290, IFTA and IRP?
FileFlo tracks each deadline and closes the item when you confirm you filed or send the receipt. Your consortium, MVR orders and Clearinghouse queries stay with you and your providers, and FileFlo files the result you send.
