Rated 5.0 on G2. Quoted here exactly as written, with the reviewer's own title and a link to the source.
"Game-Changer for Property Managers. The alerts 30, 14, and 7 days before things expire have already saved me from a couple of close calls. For the price, it feels like a steal compared to hiring someone or dealing with the stress and potential fines."
"Quick Onboarding, AI-Powered Compliance Tracking That Delivers Clear ROI. The real-time dashboard makes it easy to check compliance status at a glance, and the automated alerts have reduced our admin work and made collaboration across branches smoother."
Honest limits
What is not on this page.
A short honest page beats a padded one, especially on a compliance product. Here is what we left out and why.
There is no logo wall here. We do not publish a customer's name or mark without their written permission, and no customer has granted it yet.
There are no named case studies. When one ships it will carry the customer's permission, their actual numbers, and a way to verify with them directly.
There are no customer counts, install counts, or download counts on this page, or anywhere else on this site.
The reviews below are quoted from G2 exactly as written, and each one links to its source so you can read it there instead of taking our word for it.

Talk to the founder // Not a BDR
If you'd rather walk through your specific compliance surface, I'll do that call myself.
Chad Griffith, founder of FileFlo. Compliance leads, brokers, and ops directors get a 30-minute working session: pull up your real DQF/CoP/F-tag surface, identify the gaps, decide together whether FileFlo fits. No sales script, no slide deck, no "let me circle back to my team."
