Most compliance tools start from a date someone typed in and send a notice as it nears. FileFlo does the work behind the date, every time, for every pilot, every aircraft and every recurring item.

• Reads the records you already hold for every pilot: checks, training and medicals. A pilot sends a new medical from their own portal link, and it is dated and filed.
• Checks each date against the rule that sets it, and cites the rule. A medical's window is worked out from its class and the pilot's age.
• Files the certificate's documents, from OpSpecs and manuals to management personnel records and program documents, and shows each one as on file.
• Watches each aircraft's annual inspection on its 12-calendar-month cycle.
• Opens an item 45 days before a check, medical or annual lapses. Before a trip, each crew member and the aircraft come back cleared or blocked, with the reason cited.

You approve what goes out, and your Director of Operations makes the operational decision.
